I’m a mother of three grown children, a bodyworker of 28 years, a registered nurse in functional medicine, an entrepreneur, and a plant medicine facilitator. My own healing journey—rooted in the wisdom of the body, the sacred intelligence of plant medicine, and deep connection to Mother Earth—has brought me home to my wild, untamed self. I find profound guidance in the wilderness, where the Earth speaks in stillness and song. I’m here to hold space for women to break free from old stories, reclaim their truth, and rise in their wild feminine power.

As an artist, facilitator, and channel, she creates sacred spaces where healing, truth, and empowerment naturally unfold. Alex walks between worlds—with her feet on the Earth and her heart rooted in the sacred.
